Call our customer service representatives to schedule an appointment - be sure to have your warranty number handy, because you will be asked to read it to the representative for confirmation.

The examination, commissioning and testing are fundamental and essential for the lift installed and only a qualified NVQ 4 engineer/ tester will carry out the testing and commissioning to ensure that lift meets both legislations and customer's requirements.

We offer standard Service and Maintenance Agreements which are as follows: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. We do offer individual agreements for those customers with special requirements to meet their needs, expectations and high standard.

REPAIRS
Like every mechanism, sometimes the lift may require some repair work, even well-maintained lift. It is not only because of a faulty component but it is also because of the worn components or equipment which may require attention, repair or replacement. EXAMINATION, LIFT TESTING AND COMMISSIONING
The examination, commissioning and testing are fundamental and essential for the lift installed.
The commissioning is to ensure that all of the pieces of equipment are safe and technically correct.
A thorough examination is a legal requirement to allow a piece of equipment to be put into service under the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER).
Only a qualified NVQ 4 engineer/ tester will carry out the testing and commissioning to ensure that lift meets both legislation and customer requirements.


ANNUAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS
Passenger lifts and combined goods/passenger lifts in workplaces (eg offices and factories) which are primarily used by people at work are subject to periodic thorough examination and inspection, as required by LOLER and PUWER. We offer standard Service and Maintenance Agreements which are as follows: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. We do offer individual agreements for those customers with special requirements to meet their needs, expectations and high standard.
