TRACTION ELEVATORS (MR)
MOTOR ROOM
Elevator cars are pulled up by means of rolling steel ropes over a deeply grooved pulley, commonly called a sheave in the industry. The weight of the car is balanced by a counterweight. Both of them are intended to balance each other out which means that only a small amount of power is needed to move the lift car up and down. When the lift car goes up, the counterweight goes down and vice versa. The lift is moved using a motor connected to the sheave. Traction lifts require a machine room at the top of the lift shaft.Â
The advantage of the Traction Lift is that it uses less energy and also the new Traction Lifts are quicker compared to Hydraulic Lift.
Our elevators have:
- the machine controls the variable speed control system
- VVVF controlled door systems
- Emergency rescue system in case of power - cut
- Processor machine control panel with displaying all errors
- Overload systems controlled load conditions
All these features provide safety and comfort of the lift.

MACHINE ROOMLESS LIFTS (MRL)
Top Seller
It's known that the machine rooms take a space at top of the building. However, this space mostly does not fit with visuality and design of the building so that this machine roomless system has developed. Additionally, machines consume 40% less energy compared to other conventional elevator motors. Oil is not used in machines, so that tracking of oil control or change is not required.Â
Advantages:
- Save the building volume
- Quiet and comfortable journey
- Decreasing inrush current
- Use less energy
HYDRAULIC PASSENGER LIFTS
Featured Item
Hydraulic Lifts use Pascal's Principle and Hydraulics. Hydraulic systems use an incompressible fluid, such as oil, to transmit forces from one location to another within the fluid. Pascal's law states that when there is an increase in pressure at any point in a confined fluid, there is an equal increase at every other point in the container. The Hydraulic Lifts work on the principle of an electrically powered pump that pushes pressurized hydraulic fluid or oil to a jack lifting system. A piston within a cylinder at the base of the elevator pushes the car up and down.
The advantages of the Hydraulic Lifts are that they are cheaper to be installed compared to Traction Lift, take up less space, more effective than the others in the transportation of heavy loads.

CAR ELEVATORS

The increased amount of cars causes the appearance of parking problems. Nowadays this can be considered as a serious issue in crowded cities. That's why many building companies decide to create parking areas on roofs or basements of building and here comes the need of that kind of elevators - car elevators.
